- Return for non sale items will only be accepted up to 7 working days from receipt date, items can be exchanged, or a credit note issued only.
- Where items are marked as free delivery, should you wish to exchange the item for a different size or style, then re-delivery charges apply as follows: UK £9.50 Europe £25.00 North America & rest of world £25.00, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
- Please ensure that returned goods are in original packaging, and unworn.
- All exchanges subject to availability of stock for different size or styles, otherwise Detailsoho will issue credit note only.
- Detailsoho advises all customers to read the store policy before purchase.
- All manufacturing companies have their own method of converting sizes, therefore all European brands are displayed in euro sizes. For English brands UK sizes are displayed, upon request Detailsoho can deliver sizes in US, UK, EU or centimetres (CM) and inches(in).
We endeavour to ship items purchased as fast as possible, however unforeseen circumstances may delay shipment. In such cases, we will contact customers by e-mail.

We exhibit our range of footwear twice a year at the prestigious Micam fashion show in Milan. Our strong ties with Sendra Boots of Spain and Jo Ghost of Italy mean that Detail Soho is able to offer footwear from these designers that is not available anywhere else and is exclusive to our store and website!
